VCS provides the following Business and Commercial legal services on a quotation basis:

• Business Law: business disputes, business structures, employment, bankruptcy, insolvency, sale and purchase of businesses etc.
• Commercial Law: contracts, partnerships, joint ventures, consumer law, computer law, e-commerce, guarantees and indemnities etc.
• Draft and review terms of trade and other business documentation – “Business Documentation Pack” also available to purchase.
• Advise on legislation such as Personal Property Securities Act, Privacy Act, Competition and Consumer Act etc.

Note: Due to their nature and complexity some business and commercial law matters simply cannot effectively and efficiently be conducted on a quotation basis and will be charged on an hourly rate in which event, as part of our cost disclosure obligations, an estimate of costs will be provided.
